After exploring a broad range of musical genres throughout the years, the Master Of Science finally became more and more entangled in drum'n'bass. DJ Mos plays both funky liquid drum'n'bass for the open-minded (but musically-demanding) party people, and dark techstep drum'n'bass for the more hardcore crowd. Whether it's liquid or techstep, his sets are characterised by melody, intensity, variation and drive. Mos stands for 'Master of Science', the title I got after graduating from university.

Vinyl. I use CDs for unreleased stuff.

Too many! There's only a few square unused inches in my studio!

What style of music do you play?
Both liquid drum'n'bass and techstep drum'n'bass.

Where do you DJ?
Reactiv @ Volta, Amsterdam each month, Projekt Funk @ Patronaat, Haarlem about once every other month, Blackout @ Tivoli, Utrecht every other month, and just about everywhere in Holland.

Your ideal DJ gig?
Enthousiastic crowd, friendly atmosphere, good soundsystem – doesn't matter if the venue's big or small.
